Over the Rainbow

I designed a poster to depict the concept of light, typically perceived visually, as a tactile experience—the poster aimed to convey the fictional idea that a rainbow can be touched. My goal was to create an experience where light, recognized as visual information, could be perceived through tactile information. To achieve this tactile perception, I printed the poster in white and used the silkscreen technique with puff ink to represent the texture of light.

이 포스터는 시각적으로 인식되는 빛의 개념을 촉각적 경험으로 확장하는 데서 출발했습니다. ‘무지개를 만질 수 있다’는 가상의 설정을 통해, 시각 정보로 인식되던 빛을 촉각 정보로 경험할 수 있는 새로운 감각적 방식을 제안하고자 했습니다. 이를 위해 포스터는 화이트 컬러로 인쇄되었으며, 실크스크린 기법과 퍼프 잉크를 사용해 빛의 질감을 촉각적으로 표현했습니다.
